Lotherria has communities that range from the most primitive of tribes to the most advanced of cities (for their world). In this case, we're talking about the most primitive of technology used primarily by tribes.

For instance, knives and daggers are made up of stones broken into sharp edges, and in rare occasions, meteors. They are able to make baskets as well, and they often live in hunter/gatherer societies. They build huts out of mud and plants or create tents or homes out of wood from small trees cut down from primitive axes. Then processed hides and furs are places in, over, and around the structure for insulation.

When it comes to bathroom habits, members of those societies either bury it or travel outside the area altogether and may still bury it. In the worst of societies, there is open urination and defecation, but that could be said of any society of any technology level. This practice is normally frowned upon, even in these primitive societies.

Primitive societies usually wear clothing of some sort, so there is processing of animal hide and fur to create these clothes, though in some jungle tribes, there may be far less clothing.

Processing is done either with hand axes and stone age knives or with primitive manufactured tools. Primitive societies generally don't have agriculture or very little of it, methods of transportation other than their own two feet or maybe a primitive sled, and there most don't even have a concept of the wheel. However, they can build their homes as huts, tents, and in jungle and swamp societies, even raised tribal grounds like tree homes or structures on stilts.

Remember, primitive does not mean helpless. These primitive societies have found ways to eek a living out of the world around them without modern conveniences.
